It is yummi traditional south Indian tiffin. We make the batter by grinding in classical way with premium quality black gram and best quality par boiled rice.
In required proportion so that one can get hot dosa easily over pan.
We have not add any colours and chemicals to this batter to make dosa attractive.
Maida not added.
